GDF MEMBERS ANNUAL PICNIC SUNDAY AUGUST 18, 2024.

Join us for the GDF Members  picnic on Sunday August 18, 2024 starting at 4:00pm at Hannah Park in Gahanna.  Enjoy food, music and meet our local candidates. City council members and candidates and school board members and candidates will be in attendance and want to meet you and discuss your concerns.  The picnic is free for GDF members and families. Not a member?  You can join GDF on site.  GDF shirts, hats, totes and coolers will be available.

Join Gahanna Democrats and Friends for our regular monthly meeting, held every first Thursday of the month for campaign highlights, volunteer opportunities, general discussion, and various guest speakers. 

The meetings will be in person at Clark Hall the first Thursday of the month.  Please contact us at gahannadems@gmail.com for questions.

• April 4th: COTA LinkUS Program Director will come give an update on all COTA is doing to expand mobility and introduce their short- and long-term plans and how Gahanna would benefit. COTA will have a levy on the November ballot.
• April 4th: Mariah Ross from Fair Choice Ohio Ballot Initiative with an update on the movement to end subminimal wages in Ohio.
• May 2nd: Rachel Coyle from How Things Work at the Ohio Statehouse will deliver her new program: Activism 101 in the Ohio Statehouse.
• June 6th; Dorsey Hager, Exec. Sec.-Treasurer,  Columbus/Central OH Building and Trades Council. 

Join Gahanna Democrats and Friends for canvassing.  GDF volunteers canvass the community with issues and candidates we support through each and every election cycle.  We will keep you informed with our emails and facebook posts.
